Passover 2025 Terms & Conditions

 

Reservations are subject to availability and are conditioned upon receipt of a 25% non-refundable deposit.

A second deposit of an additional 25% is due by December 1st, 2025.

The final payment is due by February 10th, 2025.

 

Conditions & Responsibility

Five Star Kosher Tours or their agents, act only as agents for the Resort. Airlines, bus companies, owners, contractors, or any other suppliers providing accommodations, transportation, sightseeing arrangements, or any other services, and all confirmations, tickets, vouchers, discounted transfers, or coupons issued by Five Star Kosher Tours, are made under the express condition that Five Star Kosher Tours shall not be liable or responsible for any loss, injury, accident, delay, irregularity, inconvenience or damage to you or those traveling with you or from any cause beyond Five Star Kosher Tour's control, including but not limited to, defects in vehicles, breakdown in equipment, strikes, theft, cancellations or changes in itineraries or schedules, Covid related issues and or restrictions etc. Any disputes shall be decided in a court of law in the local area of Five Star Kosher Tours.

Five Star Kosher Tours may use your photograph(s) or video image(s) for promotional purposes without limitation. You explicitly release Five Star Kosher Tours from any loss, liability, and claims or expense arising from the broadcast, distribution, sale, or use of your voice, picture, or likeness.

 

Customer Cancellations

Customers must buy travel insurance and understand that all payments made for the Passover 2025 program are not refundable, including for issues arising from Covid or any other Health or Travel concerns and restrictions.

 

Five Star Kosher Tours Cancellations

If Five Star should have to cancel the program for reasons not in their control:

30 days or more prior from April 10th 2025: 50% Refund of all payments made for the 2025 Program.

30 days or less prior from April 10th 2025: 90% Refund of all payments made for the 2025 Program.

 

Cancellations will be effective the day a written or e-mail notice is received.

 

The cancellation schedule and fees are neither arbitrary nor intended to be punitive. They are based upon transactional necessities and an evaluation of costs incurred and lost economic opportunities. We, therefore, urge you to purchase travel insurance. We have made arrangements with one of the most highly recognized travel insurance companies, to make it easier and most cost effective for you to protect your Passover trip.
